All of our orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following federal holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Any orders placed on these days will be processed the following non-holiday business day. Please allow additional time for delivery during high-volume seasons.
We will endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS. For domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $10 USD.
You will receive tracking information on the day your order ships. Please allow 24-hours for tracking information to be updated. Delivery time starts 24-hours after your tracking information is received.
All our international deliveries are handled by either USPS or UPS.
International orders may require additional processing time. All international shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for additional shipping and/or customs charges incurred by customer when importing goods.
If the package is returned to KFH due to unpaid charges, we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.
Once the item ships, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please contact USPS or UPS directly to make any address changes after your item ships.
If the tracking information states “delivered” and you believe this to be an error, please contact the carrier directly.
If for some reason your order did not arrive, please file a claim with USPS or UPS, and file a police report.
KDolls Fashion Haús is NOT RESPONSIBLE for LOST or STOLEN packages. Customers assume ALL RESPONSIBILTY once a confirmation number has been issued.
We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, so please ensure that the address you enter at checkout is correct. We do not manually input shipping addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another. Please ensure the shipping address is correct upon receiving the order confirmation email.
If an address error is made, please email KFH within 5 hours of the confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment no changes can be made.
If the tracking information states “notice left” please contact USPS or UPS to reschedule delivery before 14 days. Otherwise, your item will be returned to us.
