Thank you for shopping with us at KDolls Fashion Haús. We endeavor to do all we can in hopes that you love your purchase. However, if you are not happy with an item, you can return that item, within 10 days of receiving it, as long as it is still in its original condition with tags attached. Once the unused item is received, we will issue a store credit. 


We will not accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, not in its original condition, or that have had tags removed. The garment must be free from signs of wear and odor. 


We can offer a store credit (excluding delivery costs) for timely returned items. Please ensure that all return packages are sent via a trackable, insured service that provides you with a tracking number and insurance as we do not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. 


If the items are returned outside the allotted timeframe, we reserve the right to not accept them and return them to you.  

All sale items are final sale.

Undelivered Items 

If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services, your order may be held for a defined period of time (varies by company) at a location for you to collect. If the order is not collected within the time period set by the carrier, it will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded (in the form of a store credit) and returned to our inventory. You will be notified via email of the refund once it is processed.
